Ive seen that the NCGs havent been pulling their weight on shift with helping out the lighter MFG crew. Has anyone noticed this?

You should see other thread about first shift. It’s clearly stated in there IEs are not being allowed to put in rules because first shift is too worried about their tools on the board vs what should be the goal movement of the fab and product out the door! So, until the IEs are able to do their job and not be told no how can they? What’s comical is the next shift will come in when first shift leaves and puts the same rules in to move wafers as we wanted to. So, go to the thread read through it. It if the day this hurts TI and our numbers and customers
