OP is from HR; this thread has been started to divert upcoming layoffs at Oracle
IC5 with 5 rating in NA. no salary hike, no bonus this year.
The only bonus is to get fired so that you can find a job in a company that gives a s**t.
This place cares about Larry only. The only question is "will the stupid AI spending mean Oracle dies before Larry does?". My bet is both of them in 2026/27
Bonuses have been paid out recently, the last one was in January and paid at the expected rate. I expect this upcoming bonus to be near or above 100% for our GIU.
Bonuses are going to based on your role type and comp agreement though. Not everyone is eligible and some businesses units are better at payouts than others because of how they meet their sales goals.
