@OP The competitors are just as bad if not worse.
They have no competitors. they've moved on to the next level.
You don't have to tell them anything. They aren't d-mb. They can make the assessment themselves.
He-l yeah brother. Tell them to go buy HP or IBM or whatever's left out there. Better yet, tell them they need to get one of them subscription laptops from HP. That way they get to upgrade every year, unlike with Dell where they're just stuck with something that'll melt its own solder off in a couple months.
@OP They already know Dell is dying.
