Layoffs appear to have resumed at the Celle Technology Center. Unfortunately, there is no transparency regarding the scale of these reductions or the strategic path forward. It is disappointing to see the Works Council remain so quiet; At the very least, don’t they have a responsibility to inform the people they represent!

Are there furloughs going on at CTC? Working one week on and one week off with no pay?
Motivation has hit rock bottom because no one have zero clue what management is actually doing. Whether it’s a cost saving, strategic shift or if they simply want to reduce headcount, the lack of communication is what's truly damaging.
What we’re seeing right now from both the Celle Management and the Works Council is, frankly, pathetic. If there is even a single drop of honesty or self-respect left in any one from leadership/management/workers council, please at-least use this platform to give us some insight. We aren't asking for miracles; we’re asking for some transparency. There’s very little hope left, but on behalf of every employee at the Celle Technology Center, we deserve better treatment than this. Period.

Perhaps they are being ridden over roughshod & haven't a clue what's going on themselves?
I dare say they will be brought up to speed...after the fact.
BH are hardly known for their transparency.
