What do they offer the flow , are they still on ideploy , do they get a raise ?

We didn't get anything, less then 1% raise, for more work and bull sh-t. The company has never cared for us full-timers and never will. I'm looking for a new job as I type this. I was really hoping for them to end DSD and get a payout. The first time last week, I couldn't sleep because of my anxiety about my schedule. The fact i have 2 supercenter Walmart's back to back that are 40 mins away from one another, with the trucks always running over an hour late every day.
@jy Exactly! It comes from the top down! They don't give a scrap about the ones throwing all the product. Mission 1 was a failure and this just put the stack in the grave. Paying more chiefs to sit at home while delegating more work to us useless pieces of cr-p! The next step is going warehouse and ill be long gone....
