Worked here a while and still really don’t understand what Lead to One is. Is it the the rolling up of all the cignahealthcare lines of business up into the Evernorth brand? None of the corporate buzzwords have really described it

@gk Not even my doctor wants to work with this.
When you’ve been around long enough, you realize that all corporate town halls are full of ”rah rah” cheerleaders spouting buzzword nonsense. They have become laughable.
The only thing to take seriously is when they directly said in December that lots of employees would be let go.
The rest is just BS.
nobody wants an insurance plan that is managed by people that don't speak english.
@fd You mean Evanko. Heard Evanko will be the new CEO once DC is scapegoated.
Lead to One employee. DC everybody else, Bye bye
HIH hiring and US firing rebranding
@OP Why, Lead to One is a "strategic initiative". It's that latest one more "strategery" for this dynamic environment which may lead to more HR "actions".
I think it’s more like “Lead to None”.. just the ELT team and HIH of course.
One single payer ?
Total BS.... "Go You" another stupid one, in fact I think I have a mug that says it.... Xmas gift at a holiday party in the Bloomfield cafeteria.... Thanks Mr. Boxer
Reminds me of when I asked a Regional VP what Evernorth was when it first dropped. He didn't know either.
Whatever happened to creating a way to measure “vitality” and the value to clients and customers? A couple years ago there was a whole team working on that and there was a bunch of hoopla from DC, DB and the ELT. It has been nothing but complete silence since. It’s crazy how many things Cigna touts that ultimately go nowhere.
Oh, also what happened to the Excellence and Transformation (XT) initiative? That was supposed to revolutionize the clinical experience and make it easier for people to get care but it appears to have just become another cost cutting exercise. I wonder if the execs realize that employees have learned to completely ignore any new strategies or fake public relations gimmicks. This is just the latest one that will go nowhere.
@bn Thats the premise of the movie "No other choice"
I assume it’s having only one person on site finally !! Lead to 1
The bloated execs will spend an inordinate amount of time pushing this, with no metrics or management, before it's quietly "retired" just like the Drive to 2025.
Lead(ing) to one person receiving the lion's share of the compensation budget.
Go ahead and guess who that may be...
More like Lead to HIH
Lead to One employee AKA "AI".
Perhaps its about the lead water pipes in Flint Michigan? Perhaps we are synergizing the lead pipes?
It’s a bunch of corporate b.s. that means nothing.
