Eliminate, strong arm, and sc--w over as many you possibly can, espically the smaller ones. Essentially, a more expensive version of Gikeo or Progressive.

Customers will be their own agents with the rolling out of self service and self quote and bind with the AI assistance initiative this year. Getting the same from the customers themselves than what agents provide. But no commission and large overhead for the customers. A little bit of a "discount" and that's that. Corporate takes in the rest without paying out a fraction of what the agents cost the company in terms of upkeep, overhead, and maintenance.

2026 will see a lot of change. 2027 the agencies experience the results of this change.

2026 is going to be one helluva transition year for agents in preparation for 2027 changes. AI will be the center of conversation for the 2nd half of 2026 and will be the FOCUS by corporate for 2027. Sad sign of the times - but almost unavoidable.
