I am in grade 14 and got meaningful performance rating but salary hike is 1% and bonus is 14.5%
@aa I haven’t received anything and I have meaningful performance. No merit. Just a small bonus but I am in lower grade level under 14 so we get treated like garbage here and now it’s even worse. I have no words.
@aa Merit increases these days seem totally random, some people get them, some don’t. Your grade, pay type, and WFH status matter a lot—if you’re WFH, your salary likely won’t move going forward. I am feeling the heat of this myself and its frustrating. Management saw my work, but execs didn’t feel like compensating it. Some folks are still see a bonus however.
i have my compensation review today.... should i expect no raise???
