Who's going to confess to being the joker who asked if we can have a MORE flexible 60/40 policy....
Or better still the one who asked if they should include their commute on their timesheet.

why does bP expect chicago or houston eemployees to ever go into office when they mostly do solitary work or are on telecons with operating sites
I don’t understand why British Petroleum expect Pune employees to work in an office. They are already in another hemisphere. They don’t work in an office with the teams they support. Let them work from home!
@fb what is a “Pune or Bangalore type ?”
@cy I'll bet it's a Pune or Bangalore type that asked about the 3hr commute being put on their timesheet.
Agree. No one in Pune is doing 60/40 and the salaries are catching up with the UK for folks with no domain knowledge. I don’t see it enduring.
Actually, the Pune office constantly raises this, and this is the first topic to discuss.
There are also a plethora of people who took relocation allowance to move from their city to Pune and who didn't move.
Yall aren’t even showing up to the office the 3 days you’re supposed to and still whine about wanting more flexibility? You don’t see the Indians raising these asinine complains that’s why eventually everything will move to India.
LT should not worry about RTO. They should worry about this failing company
Yeah some really mo--nic questions in the webcast. People need to stop raising 60/40, it won't ever get more flexible, keeping it at the top of the LTs mind will only result in it getting worse
