Has there been any updates on when the STIP/bonus hits? Manager says they haven’t heard a peep from our EVP about It

94 is company wide
@1bm I think its different per org. That was for Streaming tech in the USA
@1bg thank you! ♥️
@1bk is it official? Where can I check my payout?
Nepo Baby punishing employees for his failed leadership.
Thanks so much for sharing! Is this a company wide policy and can it be looked up officially? INTL here, title says manager but STIP was set at 10% in 2023, my colleague was promoted in 2024 to Sr. mgr and is still at 10% as well.
94% multiplier with no explanation. What a joke this company is.
@18b
SVP-30%
VP-25%
Dir/Sr. Dir-20%
mgr/sr mgr-15%
employee-10%
3/9/26
what % do senior managers get? 10%? and senior directors 15%?
@sd Wrong. We got prorated bonuses.
@qf Yup: that's why they laid off thousands of people on 9/30/24 -- the last official day as an employee was 12/30, so they got to weasel out of giving bonuses to people who had technically worked for them 364 days of that year.
@gf yes it shows your amount X% of salary but that doesn’t figure in the multiplier. Last year it was 136.7% of that amount. I am planning for 100% but hope to be pleasantly surprised.
@bc This sounds correct to me. In order to deduct the bonus payments on 2025 taxes, the company has until March 15th of the following year to pay them. It has def been paid earlier in prior years, but it will be paid before 3/15. Since that's a weekend this year, it would make sense for it to be paid during the prior week.
@bf go to "murray" or whatever it's called now and search for STIP brochure. It confirms that if you worked through 12/31 last year, then you are eligible. You could have quit on January 1st and you'd still get STIP for 2025.
@hg maybe I ll be proven wrong but if I had to guess they will favor the movie studio even though it makes the least amount of money/ less than what even dying cable nets are bringing in from profit standpoint
@gf what are y taking about. If you go to your comp statement it will only show last year’s stip. you won’t see anything until they post it. Why bother doing a post for this
@gf That is somewhat accurate. Usually, you would get higher or lower then 100% based on performance. This year, everyone is going to get 100%, so you are right with that. However, the business multiplier will matter. It could be high like last year and you will get more or it could be below 100% which is was a few years ago and you will get lesss than 100%.
If you go to your benefits dashboard it shows you the amount you will receive
@bf Just give 6 week notice, start new job right away, you get double the pay plus the STIP for those 6 weeks. Keep it quiet. They don't check jack $hit.
@bf you've already qualified on January 1st. You could leave today and they will still pay out.
My new Job is March 23 . I thought of giving three week notice instead of usual 2 as project in critical phase . Anyone knows if I am in notice period will STIP still credited or should I stay quiet till STIP day and give two weeks instead?
@OP as of right now pay out March 9th and we will know the multiplier the first week of March.
