Those of you that went to RTM structure, when did you go mission 1? Were you also the first to that structure when they did it?

Question I'm in Chicago and was wondering if they cut the stores I presently have over 20 stores. We just had our big roll out and nothing was mentioned about the rtm position!
That's when we went mission 1 but we have no signs of RTM yet
We went mission 1 April 2023, now RTM March 2026
