I got a CPM also. Don’t think anyone has been officially laid off, most are just waiting in CPM. I will say the whole CPM program is designed to get you an internal job is actually BS. You cannot move groups. So if your group had budget slashed your only option would be to switch to a group with a larger budget, which you can’t. Luckily I knew mine was coming (programs cut) so I was applying WELL before I got a notice…
