@y7 agree.but Having a new FSQA global SVP with vast experience in pet food will surely help . 😀
@y7 Same feeling for Digital team.
@wa Good point and a new org structure that makes little sense. Key functions like regulatory and food safety tucked in as a side gig under the new Europe leader. Designed more for self preservation than effectiveness.
@v3 it’s not K, it’s me a long time foods R&D employee. Not sure who you’re but definitely knowing your as person, you seem to be one of the new employees who has no clue, an opportunist, or non R&D person.
Now don’t ask my name, because I’m not going to entertain stupidity and bait, if you want, you can mention your name and role.
@rr Easy, Kevin :-)
They got a predator as head of R&D bev, who quickly usurped the chief of R&D title and eliminating all potential competition if she fails to perform miserably. Look at the exodus or forced retirement in her time with her power play.
It’s akin to Bolton’s or Greyjoys ambition to punch above their weight, it never ends well for them but they may inflict significant collateral damage to the rest of the org.
@a8 you’re kidding yourself if you think he decided to retire. Company decided for him.
KOS mentioned in his farewell email that the decision was “unexpected.” It sounds like there may be more changes ahead, especially for the R&D team.
KOS is the last of the long-time R&D SVPs, and now he decided to retire. IP is now SVP, which is good since he knows R&D. The rest of the SVPs, and TG herself, are all relatively PEP neophyte. Interesting times ahead.
