I assume most posters here are from the commercial side. Does anyone have insights into how things are going on the FEPOC side? Morale? VSP impacts? The organization became very top-heavy over the years, and I know a lot of VSP electees were MLT/SLT/ELT. However, there were also some seasoned "regular" employees with tons of technical and/or business knowledge who departed.

Sane sentiment at a FEPOC, my friends. Desperation is the order of the day among most at FEPOC as the corrosive nature and leadership influence of the parent company (CareFirst) unfortunately seeps into and corrodes the once proud fabric of FEPOC. Unfortunately RK cannot stem the tide due to organizational alignment with CF. Just too many self important stooges at CF to right things properly. Hence leadership exodus in the past year.
