Customer service call volume is extremely low. Any other departments experiencing this?

The call volume ISNT low!! FiOS is taking more call than last year. 2 things are impacting us.

They increased outsourcing
Do you have customers ask if you are AI or a person everyday? Had one tell me the steps AI took her through to resolve her issue a couple days prior to calling back in about something else. Shrug.
Wireless customer service- not complaining it’s a nice breather between calls , but it’s definitely eyebrow raising and thought provoking..

Fios has been extremely slow. Not good
