Seeing employees in D&S quitting. What have they seen and what do they know that is leading to this?

Career top quintiles employees are sent from the businesses to D&S / HR. They all get ranked together along with HR employees BY HR leadership.
Likely no surprise that these top quintiles are assessed in the very good, good categories in HR, and they are not happy about it.
