@b6 Unfortunately, there will never be another TSYS. All of these companies play the same game.
@bc that Tom Petty song would have been a great answer to the latest Glint survey when the asked ‘what is your personal theme song?’
@b6 buckle up, baby. Use the opportunity to get your affairs in order. Take a look at your debts, other obligations and plan accordingly. Don't make any big financial plans because no one else has either. As Tom Petty said, "the waiting is the hardest part."
This might be due to stock performing weakness as today also Vanguard Group Inc. Sells 166,521 share and fast 6 months 30% down… not sure where this will going to stop.. AI also another reason..
New employer, same old sh*t I guess. Was hoping that getting away from GP would make me feel safer, but I guess that was just wishful thinking. Sorry for those affected.
UK, Canada and India office today few of them got call from their manager for layoffs and this will continue until Friday feb 20th 2026, not heard in us yet but mostly it will be happening across all locations
For those "impacted" today, it must be scary. It's such a terrible way to treat humans with families and responsibilities. Thank you for those sharing information. Sending out peace and strength all around.
Word on the street is that this might happen in two waves (late February and late March), but nothing official has landed on my desk yet. My managers might know more than I do, so we're just playing it by ear for now.
It’s mix up not specific titles
@OP is it management or associates/analysts? Any specific countries?
