Got your answers today I guess. VP J-vold outish, JB out, mixed bag of outcomes for their direct reports. Interim labeled directors probably out soon too

@q0 The lack of real business knowledge is obvious. The team is not producing results, and the disconnect is hurting execution. It may be time for a structural cleanup and stronger accountability.

@dr actually, that’s not true. I’m in her org and we were in Finance. The tech experience of our leaders isn’t there and causing this mess.

@gq It’s difficult to understand the progression to Senior Director (Ell S*) without visible delivery of high-impact, critical programs.
The continued heavy reliance on EY consulting raises valid concerns about leadership judgment, ROI, and prioritization of internal talent.

@ec seriously. As long as the bobble heads shake their heads up and down, requirements met. The days of doing what is truly right for the business and employees are long gone

Jensvold is a full-on bubblehead. How on earth did she make it to VP of a fortune 50 company?

Jensvold org was part of the business group without real business knowledge. Now it’s under IT. I think John is leading the IDS/EDS org.

@b4 If they’re in “leadership,” you would assume, nothing.
