Bass Pro Shops is looking to decrease their overhead costs by reducing the use of US based employees. Many layoffs across the company and acquisitions. Seem to be following their leadership in using offshore contractors to decrease cost of US-based talent.

Likely the worst modern retail website running. While they have focused on their app, the web experience is unforgivable. Their prices and inventory are attractive but others who offer the same get at least 20% of my spend because of the site issues - freezing, slow as dial up, or completely stops responding. Maybe invest back into American’s who buy all of your products.
