LOL, don't you get it? McK is here to tell the exec team that the only way to improve performance at this point is to increase comp for the exec leadership team. And that the best way to fund this increase in comp is to curtail raises for the rest of us, and, oh yes, more layoffs. The beast must be fed!

McKinsey loves to come to Enbridge charge us a fortune for their sage counsel and fu-k this place up worse in the bargain everytime. Let’s hope this is a bad rumor.
