Fire the C-suite and everyone who has a NY/NJ accent.

Close HY, Columbus, and West Palm Beach and downsize anyone working there. Reorg the rest however you want, it'll work.
Sell HY and move the staff to Des Moines. Midwest work ethic is the best. The HY location was determined by putz's who only thought how cool it'd be to have a palace in NY.
With the money saved, refurbish Shoreview Datacenter, close down the VA datacenters (saving even more money) and then establish WFH policies so WF can dump its commercial RE holdings.
Gee wh-z, do all that, and the profits would exceed BofA, maybe even JPM!!!
