the title says it all. I was given a good severance and a 2 months grace period (!!) though. Looking internally for roles but also bracing for external. No theme for my post, just wanted to put that out there.

Any non manager laid off from SG?
Heard that acceptance solutions did some senior cleaning in FC
Which regions?
What we have been told is that if you are a manager and don't have the correct span of control, then you will be at risk.
Expectation is that managers need to have between 8 and 12 FTE. If you are below 6, consider this a risk
Issuing Solutions too

Try to take advantage of LHH career services. I found it very useful. You learn a LOT sign up for as many classes as possible with different career counselors for the same topic. Every career counselor have many endless perspectives about the current job market. I also learned how to create stories for my interviews. Post your resume via monster, indeed/simply hired. Make sure to remove home address from resume. Recruiters keep calling me via phone and email non-stop and I believe because the expectation is to be in OFFICE 5 days a week. Good luck everyone :)
Hey, sorry to hear that. Hang in there, another job will come your way.
I am sorry to hear this, you are not alone. It's worth reaching out to your network to see if any roles are open internally. At the same you should really be updating your CV and applying externally. The environment isn't the best out there, it's good to get a headstart now rather than wait.
When did you find out?
