How many members of your team are outsourced (working outside USA) ?
This is the future of GF, if you can work remotely your job is not safe.
Since January? You must be new. This is typical of 1Q, while the comp discussions are happening. Managers know their teams are getting sc--wed with raises and can't tell them yet. Oh but be sure to fill in those OKRs!
