Did most people get a 3% raise?

@ac lying as in the fact that she said that there was nothing one work under “comp” for me, she said it would get loaded on there and she would provide it to me at that time. If comp hasn’t been provided for all employees then how did some people know their raise - is my point. It’s not out for anyone I know
No one is lying, your manager just hasn't released yours yet if you haven't received it. I also got 3% achieving, which is disappointing because I got exceeding/leading the last few years
I have not seen my comp sheet, as of 3pm there was none (as per my AD) so I’m curious why people are saying they got theirs? Who is lying here
