Why is he still around? Shankar and Vivek sat on legacy systems for so so long. I remember a struggle few years ago when I wanted us to move to better new backend system but I was shut down saying they do not have budget.

GTS is the bane of our existence. Lot of broken processes because of them. Just look at Billing system VISION, a joke. They act as free agents. Don't do what the business needs. Instead they try "building" and selling to us after. Dangerous that they're going after AI Agents now. There will be security risks + it won't solve true problems. Most of the Leadership needs to go.
