Not sure what constitutes a white collar job in this unprofessional environment.
BS. If the BU is profitable within the company's metrics - it will be safe. Ask you BU leader point bank how your BU stands on performance. If not meeting metrics, be worried. Or you can take a stance and make changes that cut non essential costs - materials/contractors/COP jobs. COP has to make money for the stock holders.
Layoffs will continue due to the useless whiners that have gathered there for handouts
