I came from the Splunk side, where company bonuses were often. With the most recent earnings call and stock dip, what is the likelihood we receive?

I’d be less concerned about bonus and more concerned with finding another job. Splunk is about to get hit hard by the LR train. Welcome to Cisco!

you have to brown nose in order to receive a bonus

like @az said, this was announced like within an hour of the earnings call already. go look it up, it's all there. you can even find which day you'll get paid.
