The uncertainty is extremely difficult. The cruelty in these posts is much worse. I am choosing to focus on doing my best and helping others to get jobs (referrals,etc.). I would hope someone would help me if I get laid off. As far as what I've heard from a Director - there will be additional cuts and cost saving measures over the next year. Where and who? Dunono.
@a1 Do they love the H1B folks or are they easier to exploit? Why blame those looking to get a better life - is that not why most people can to America over centuries?

Hearing this too. Mostly IC4 who perform at an IC3/IC2 level.
@ap they'll get cheaper experts overseas.
