I’ve seen this reference before, but didn’t get the reference. Tonight, I saw her post on Linked-In. Wow, that’s sad! It makes you smile that little smile you show when you’re embarrassed for your company.
@aq no she won't. Dan and the board love her.
I can't stand her and what she posts. Most of the HR people at Verizon are useless and evil.
I'm number 10! I turned it red!
I graduated from ivy league do not dare speak negatively of me you peasant
Not as tone deaf as Brian H.. Atleast she is not wasting hundred of dollars doing leadership summit.
Marketing head is far worse than her but guess what she is Dan’s fav.. she wasted millions on changing the logo.. She is clearly in Dan’s inner circle when I saw her in recent All hands..
Don't worry, she will be in the hot seat soon.

Based on discussions on Reddit, the trend of posting photos holding Post-it notes (or using the Instagram "Notes" feature to share thoughts over photos) is often viewed as cringe, annoying, or excessively performative.
Here is a breakdown of the sentiment on Reddit regarding this trend:
Viewed as "Cringe" and "Narcissistic": Many users express frustration with people using these features to "project every moment of their lives" or to signal that they are single/bored. It is often described as a desperate attempt for attention or validation, feeding into a "new era of digital narcissism".
Annoying "Clutter": Some users find that these notes ruin their feeds and feel the need to mute them, calling them "stupid" and "unfunny".
"Live in the Moment" Criticism: A common criticism is that people are too focused on documenting their lives with these notes rather than actually living them.
Low-Effort Content: It is often characterized as a "low-effort" way to boost engagement, which can feel unauthentic.
The "Carbon Monoxide" Joke: Due to a famous Reddit post about a user finding post-it notes in their apartment and discovering it was CO poisoning, some users jokingly suggest that people leaving notes for themselves are in danger.
Counter-Perspectives:
"Aesthetic" or Positive: Some users, often in "positivity" or "productivity" spaces, see it as a way to share "mental notes," encouragement, or to make their daily life feel more structured or "aesthetic".
Memory Keeping: Others argue it is a way to create an "archive" of memories with friends.
However, the consensus, particularly in threads discussing "cringe moments on IG," leans toward the trend being excessive and disingenuous.
To those who missed it “growth and comfort do not coexist”.
