@ab agree. Also, the 60 day notice for senior leads is a major stumbling block for their attrition goals. It's so messy.
I’ve heard some plans around all the money they are going to spend on upgrades to fit more people into the buildings. Let me understand this. They are actively laying off people and the people that are here hate RTO. So obviously the thing to do is spend millions on RTO to fit more people in with a shrinking workforce. Okay.

RTO to force attrition only works in a job market with good mobility. This isn't 2022-23, people are job hugging now, even if the job is miserable. The risk of moving and being last in, first out with zero severance is way too high. Charlie can keep cargo culting RTO all he wants, he's never going to get the attrition he's looking for in this market. All the c-suite is doing at this point is making their remaining workforce miserable.
