Get a second job or a side hustle. If the board doesn't want to pay for your increased cost of living don't bother. If you resign you have a higher chance of getting laid off on probation at a new company once your 3 to 6 month probation period is over. So work a second job outside of SAP hours until things get better. Then re-evaluate.
This gets locked this next week.
Average engineer pay at SAP: €80.000 per year
Average HR pay at SAP: €95.000 per year
Tells you everything you need to know. And we call ourselves a tech company.
@c0 we didn’t reach 100% of the astronomical targets set by Christian Klein so we’re going to get less than 100% bonus every year.
@az talking to HR about this topic can get you into trouble. Managers in every area have already made decisions on which friends and family to share money with and which employees to exploit. If OP asks their manager or HR, there are likely to be repercussions.
There is no such date. SAP abandoned all commitment to timely and accurate bonus payouts last year with the move to quarterly bonus payouts that are paid randomly throughout the year whenever the comp team can figure out how to sc--w the employees the most out of the bonus. It is pitiful. We lost nearly half the bonus last year and had no idea if and when we would be paid.
Can't you ask you manager?
You have to ask such a question on this forum?
Wow...you don't talk to anyone within SAP :0
