It shows the jobs, categorized as “Mgmt Level: UNN” in Workday. If so, does CWA recognize years of service?

you get company seniorty bridged but now uniuon seniroty. so you'll get to pick vacation days last but yopu'll get all the vacation time. you will however be first on lay off list.
also as others daid , depends who you ask in HR. Its madness really , sometimes your result will really depend on which hr person you happen to be working with
Call HR five times and you will get 5 different answers. Nobody knows. Union don’t know. They say call HR. I had a similar situation. So I never risked changing sides.
If it is an external applicant you can resign and become a new hire. If it is internal it will go to the bid process and you don't have a sh-t as management .
It’s not up to the CWA. If it’s in the contract then it’s agreed upon.
