So, Arvind announced the GDP numbers last week… 0% for low, 3.4% for core and 6.8% for the top. Percentages will go up for 2026 to 5% for core and 10% for the top. That’s for bands up to 9.

As I haven’t heard anything on this by now from my FLL I assume it’s going to be a nothing burger (again) though I got a core rating.
Well, Arvind was pretty clear about the percentages for both bands lower than 10 and band 10. So, the fu---r better deliver.
I think they are waiting for the layoffs to be announced so that core and high people rated know that they will get zilch.
Had my evaluation ‘bout 3 weeks ago (core) and have not heard if or how much I get and neither have any of my peers.
@OP and how many US employees are assigned to get the 3.4% and 6.8% GDP ? Probably only Alvind's nearest and dearest buddies. It's not pay for performance at IBM any more. And certainly no IBM executives follow the IBM BCGs (Business Conduct Guidelines). Think recent events at Kyndryl.
