The question here, at this time of year, is what percent of total compensation goes to the “leadership” team. The answer is, taking into account pension, stock grants, options, and deferred compensation, more than fifty percent. So the top ten take about fifty percent, and from an employee headcount perspective, the bottom 99% take the rest. This is why people vote Democrat.

That’s true VCIP stands for Value Chain of Indirect Profit-centers. In other words the vast majority of prod directly associated with operations-engineering-commercial asset teams are on 40-60% uncapped bonus plans oh and the chosen ones outside of these disciples.

Don’t worry thatextra $150mm required to front the extra 50% over your target bonus was paid to you by an additional 500 people that will be hit with RIFs at the end of Q1 right before Good (not-so-good) Friday. Hope everyone enjoys have big nest egg. BTW the top 20% of the company isn’t even on VCIP so they could not care less about it.
