@at It's best to argue or ideas and concepts not spelling.. its like arguing with a person in a wheel chair that each set of stairs has a landing every 25 steps when you have to take 100 steps to go up a floor and the person wants needs an elevator.

@a2 It's hard to comment on specific vendors without oversharing internal information. But the questions you should ask is my employer receiving payments and if not on time can they cover the payroll of it's staff or will they need to make adjustments to cover that payroll. Second question is is there current or coming changes in contract needs from Xerox that would effect staffing needs.

Xerox is a sinking ships and contractors and vendors will be effected it's just a question if it will be under the current signed contract or a future signed contract. I would also assume these contracts are signed on an annual basis.

Vendors and contracts control there own resources based upon payments they receive. It's unlikely that contractors that are sub-contractors as in 100% though a company will be effected but if your a contractor tied directly to Xerox then yes you could be affected they cancel the contract.

The difference would be an individual hired though let's say manpower is a contractor tied directly to Xerox where a contractor working for lets say American Business Systems whom has a contact to provide 100 hours a week of technical support to Xerox and is paid for the contract year by year wouldn't be affected.

Now Xerox will ask for a lower price paid on the contract in next renewal with American Business Systems which may affect decisions on staffing made at American Business Systems
