What's next you ask? You and your ilk being sold or pawned off. Dan and the gang are horse trading right now with the whole of you. You retail people have been the scourge of this good company for ages. Third party with all of you!
It's back to " walking" upgrades again. If a csr walks in and wants an upgrade, you look at the account and noticed a customer for 20 years, and never took insurance, you show the csr "perks"not interested " old plans to "plus" plan with "autopay a little easier. So reps will start telling them the promos are better on line and do an in-storepickup or just get rid of them.That should "delight" walk in csrs.The whole quota system is archaic anyway ,from the payout to the chargbacks to the attainment percent on the kpis .

Quit your crying. Your sales job has always been a sick joke. Either continue ripping off the elderly at the strip mall or quit. Hopefully Dan has his way with you. That will quiet your whining down to wimper.
