you have to expect that when you rip away folks that have two characteristics the new folks don't have; experience and the fact that they cared!

@bm They are laying off in India as well. - happened to the team I work with. There are even more cheaper locations with more exploitable humans. Why replace at cheaper cost? Squeeze more from existing staff with fear of layoff and poor market. Also helps push the AI is improving efficiency nonsense.
