Unless they are stopped, they will continue to force low ratings, terminations, removed merit amongst other things. They plan alot more cuts in 2026 and think they will be AI leaders in the industry when we have to work off systems over 30 years old cause they refuse to upgrade them. FOH. Dont let them get away with it people. Save all prior performance now and challenge any bs ratings

@bd if you are a current employee you can get them in oracle. The last couple years are housed there. Just not all depending on how long you have been here.

there are certainly a lot of 30 year old apps and software systems that could use a facelift, but some are low maintenance and work just fine.
Most of the hardware systems get regular upgrades and the software running on them is pretty current. Servers are relatively fresh or they wouldl fall of support and become a risk and liability. Mainframe hardware was upgraded a few years ago. Laptops are regularly refreshed although tracking news some work.
So not sure what it is that's 30 years old that isn't being upgraded except for the 30 to 40 year old bureaucracy that always seems impenetrable.

Unfortunately, the only thing that will "stop" them is the company's demise. Aside from that, as long as the earnings are good and the stock price is up, there is no stopping this train. Things will continue 'as-is'. Get used to it.
