This is the only explanation. And to cover his tracks, let's throw out a good bonus to really make it look like we really did these numbers.

@11b Morale is at an all time low, and there are many individuals in this company who are truly despicable and should be held accountable for their actions. If we were to remove some of these toxic LL4+ ‘Leaders’ it would significantly contribute to helping morale and the company.
Lets face it the morale is in the toilet. Given what the other OEMs are dishing out The oval has to pay out to keep morale up or maintain people .. Or they are bleeding the place dry so the KEYSTONE cops can get their large bonus. Yep BF/JF and DF. BET YOU SEE EACH ONE GET A $15MN + BONUS.
Math doesn't add up..
The funny thing here is you believing you will get 130%. Just wait for the low individual contribution percent to offset the 130. The bonus thing is a sham.

Farley's a marketer, he'll have you believe everything smells like a rose, this place has been struggling for a while. Things don't look bright (they're also not terrible).

Something isn't adding up. You don't cancel your major EV programs and then say somehow that you "grew" in that segment.
