Thread regarding Cigna layoffs

2/12 cuts

Looks like evicore is def getting hit again on 2/12. They sent an all hands this am changing the process for terminating an employee. Sounds like they are trying to streamline the process jeez.

@af I am so sorry. If I survive this, my concern is all of the blowback from losing key support for customers and accounts. And the work pile on to pick up the slack from those who are left. I hope you find something you enjoy quickly!

a email to all evi folks - update to the termination policy went out. said managers can now just email to remove access immediately. guess its to make it easier to cut folks off after notifying them

Tech (IT) teams will be hit hard as well as business teams. Coming from Managing DTR. These shouldn’t be a surprise. we knew January and Feb were going to be impactful, they told us as much.
