@1qe If the mega cap hyperscalers look good to you, see an optometrist.

The AI correction will come in two parts.

The first part has already started and it involves the derating of companies which are going to be disrupted by AI. Place those on Strong Avoid.

The second part is more interesting, and involves a significant scaling back on the datacenter growth rates, as it is rapidly becoming obvious that revenues will not grow fast enough to justify the current rate of datacenter growth.

No one has really blinked on capex yet, but if you pay attention you will see that forecasts are already softening. See the softness in CRWV and other suppliers as a hint. When that growth rate is derated, then there will be price discovery on all the mega-cap tech hyperscalers. Put NVDA at the top of that list.

META is just evil so I won't touch it, but AMZN, GOOGL and NVDA would be well worth owning (at the bottom of the trench). MSFT is interesting because they are a perfect example of a company that is going to be massively disrupted by AI, yet are also a hyperscaler. That could lead to an extreme low valuation, and I'd go for that.

If you are chasing AI then (right now) focus on the companies enabling the disruption, with PLTR at the top of that list. Maybe SNOW although they are more of a consultant than an innovator.

Something wicked is coming, and it could lead to a market low like we haven't had since Spring 2009. Maybe S&P 2000 or so.

That only works if you have money to invest at the bottom.

@OP You can eat the hamburger (if that seems like food to you), but LBT is going to drink your milkshake.

@a5 Close. Intel stock is filled with lies and false promises while McDonalds is filled with sugar, fat, sodium, and cancer causing preservatives.

You probably should consider investing in spelling lessons instead.

It is time again to help LBT's AI Chip Startup SambaNova.
Should we just donate $101 million to this company, or buy the entire company for $1.6 billion?

Do you have a bidet or do you wipe? If the latter, then request paper issuance.

Hard question. Both are way over priced, over hyped and filled with nothing.
