Why would I share with the new folks. My end to end knowledge is what makes me plus AI work well.
FNGs with AI is how you get vibe coded slop and poorly architected systems. I think DTs and Principals will thrive in this new world.

This isn’t unusual for HP.
Your best option for getting into HP nowadays is being an intern and it’s not even a guarantee that you’ll be “converted” after graduating college.
There’s no longer investment for employees to teach them meaningful skills (especially true with engineering). Anyone above Director level doesn’t care to know who you are so your contributions have little to no impact simply because no one is really tracking said contributions.
