WARN ACT?

If we're going to have layoffs in March, why does the Warn Act not have TransUnion listed in their January report?

@bt TransUnion layoffs every year. Where is 2024 and 2025 WARN act? I guess TU uses after you are gone lol. As crooked as they are.

It’s a fair question and I don’t know the answer, but I do know that the November 2025 RIF didn’t have a WARN notice. So, just because you don’t see a notice doesn’t mean there isn’t an upcoming RIF.

@a9 TransUnion was on the list in 2023 so that's why I'm not sure why this time would be different

you can skirt the WARN act so long as you pay the termed employees the 60 days worth of pay vs the 60 day notice.
