As Castrol's employees we feel cheated. So much praise for our business, on how we have beaten the targets 10 quarters in a row, etc etc.

Castrol's ACB lower than entire BP group. What a joke

They took impairments on Archaea which means they have devalued the company from what we paid. With the exception of Carol, the entire leadership team needs to go. If Megsy is ballsy. she will come in and clean house.

Why the heck are we patting people on the back with a 1.6 group rating while also saying we are way over budget and about to lay off every central worker in the US?

Is this Gordon and the Brits trying to get one last swipe in before they are sent packing?

Good luck revitalizing an O&G company staffed by people in a head quarters with no operational experience!
