Who else has come to the realization that his/her TI dreams are gone forever?

Not gone if one is H1b or recent permanent, more opportunities
Having the dream gets us nowhere. What we do to achieve the goals matter...if my dreams are crushed, I woukd do a reality check. In most cases, I may be the reason. I would own it and fix it.
Some t8mes $_it happens. That is life. I would get up, clean myself and get back to the track again
why put dreams into a company?? the company is not your soul no matter where you work.
