I know a few have asked. I received a letter in the mail yesterday detailing my bonus information. I was not contacted via email, phone or anything in workday.

Seems like some pay inconsistencies from what I’m hearing.
@ca your bonus details that will be paid in 2026 have not posted yet to workday. what you are seeing in workday is what listed last year on 2/8/2025. Your bonus this year appears to be 3k higher than last year
I was displaced last month & I received the letter today stating I qualified for my bonus earned in 2025. The kicker is the amount listed on my letter is 3k less than the amount listed in my workday profile (I just checked last week). What’s up with that?
I got laid off last month and got my bonus letter in the mail yesterday. I was actually surprised that my bonus was higher than last year and since over $50k am getting 20% of it in RSUs as I did in previous years with the remaining 80% in cash.
you have 45 days to sign severance paperwork, has nothing to do with bonus. if you got laid off a couple weeks ago and didn't sign you still may get bonus.
Wondering - if one didn't accept the severance package, then there is no bonus letter? Thinking its only for those who accepted the package?

Chiming in here. I also received a latter from Wells Fargo Compensation notifying me that I will be awarded my bonus for last year's work on my next severance check (which will be on Friday, 02/13/26). I'm so happy that my former manager valued my work and he was VERY upset that I was displaced (location strategy, at a "specialty HUB").
I got a letter from WF Compensation today. Got a prorated bonus.

Yes, I got a bonus. Similar to last years amount but prorated based on my layoff date.
Did you get a bonus or are they saying you don't get one??
