“ That’s because people are coming in at 6 and 7 am“
I go in at 5AM actually…
“ @ab that’s funny. I’ve noticed quite the opposite. With 8 and skate culture everyone is gone around 2-3 Pm abd totally unresponsive until the next day”
That’s because people are coming in at 6 and 7 am. They did their 8.
Jamie is one of the top 10 CEO's of the century.

Who cares. How this relates to T layoffs?
“ It has reinvigorated my team“
No, it has not.
And invigorate this.
Dimon seems like one of those guys with hypertension that will depart this mortal coil sooner rather than later.
There was an exec like that here in network some years ago, he was a complete tool. A relic, a yeller and a screamer…smoker and alcoholic. He was from IL. Retired ….and shortly thereafter kicked the proverbial bucket.
5 days a week RTO for a company (AT&T) that once stressed the important of work-life balance. It should be 3 office, 2 remote. That's more than fair and would likely result in a boost when eNPS is sent out this year.
RTO has had clear results for the better. It has reinvigorated my team. Former coworker ghosts can now be reached after lunch.
Violating an employment standard is a choice.
We’ve been coming in for over a year now 5x. Anyone that defied that or was doing less hours than required was terminated a long time ago. Now that being said, what is the outcome of 5x after more than a year? Everyone sitting by me and anyone I talk to in the office still thinks this is unnecessary and a waste of time. Btw I’m in Atlanta. There are thousands here. Nobody thinks this is a good idea.
Just like a corporate human centipede. Why bother taking an original approach when you can just ingest the garbage excreted by those in front of you?
No different than here
