The behavior ranking is HR BS. Multiple layers of MGMT and they can't even submit objectives to me that are smart "measurable".

So its late because your PR had to be in the desired forced ranking group. The high mucky-mucks determined the distribution.

PRs are meant to start next week. This is within the standard timeline for communication this year, and we're getting PR and compensation numbers at the same time - so frankly, an improvement over last year.
Now the bonus payment being delayed 5 days? That's a downgrade.
