Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Total chaos

The constant restructuring has destroyed our operational efficiency. Processes are broken and no one knows who is responsible for what. It's incredibly frustrating trying to accomplish basic tasks that used to be simple.

Yes. And they are even written down. The last person who remembers where they are was laid off two years ago. Just search all of SharePoint and maybe you will find something.

Process and operational efficiency come from leadership. VPs and above are, for the most part, not leaders here. They just tack themselves onto high attention items when it looks like it will boost their image to their boss. We also have ZERO enterprise level controls over anything. It’s the Wild West and the folks at the bottom have had so much of their teams fired the are just jumping from fire still to fire drill.
