My team is half the size it was last year but the output expected from us is exactly the same. I'm overwhelmed every single day trying to cover the gaps. Getting a package to leave is starting to seem like a better deal than this grind.

@bc What on earth are you babbling about? A fair chunk of jobs cannot use AI at this time for anything other than drafting emails due to how flawed the answers are. At most it saves maybe an hour a week or so for most people.
Use AI to work smarter, not harder..... LOL
@OP Unfortunately that’s most teams now. Everyone is overwhelmed, burned out, and miserable. Then they keep taking away things like WFH and sabbatical. It’s so sad that see what this company has become.
